Melissa brings 28 years of experience in banking and auditing and was eager to embark on a new business venture with her son. This need motivated them to open their own Hounds Town USA franchise, providing a valuable service to the community. Her son, Justin, a nine-year Marine veteran with exemplary leadership skills, will serve as the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the daycare runs smoothly while delivering top-notch care to the pets.
