San Antonio Becomes Home to Teriyaki Madness Shop 200

December 19, 2025 // Franchising.com // SAN ANTONIO – Teriyaki Madness is officially entering its 200th shop era, and the Madness is landing right in San Antonio. The brand’s newest location will celebrate its grand opening on Dec. 19.

To mark this special occasion, the San Antonio shop (Highway 281) is rolling out the red carpet with loads of opening-day antics fans have come to expect, plus a few celebratory twists and MAD Rewards:

• $6 Chicken Teriyaki Bowls on Dec. 19 and 20. One word: YUM.
• The first five fans in line to make a purchase score free Teriyaki Madness for a year*. Yes, you should be crying tears of joy, it’s AN ENTIRE YEAR.

Opening the 200th location in my own backyard makes the glaze even sweeter — and we’re ready to kick off the celebration with a whole lot of protein-packed teriyaki.”

Along with the opening-day hype, guests can also enjoy TMAD’s delicious, customizable bowls made with marinated chicken, steak, salmon or tofu, plus veggies, noodles or rice and signature gluten-free sauces. Fans can also take advantage of mobile ordering, catering options and the MAD Rewards app, where earning free bowls is practically a competitive sport.

Teriyaki Madness San Antonio (Highway 281) will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
