Starbird Turns Up the Flavor with Globally Inspired Chimichurri Menu

Bringing together fresh herbs and bold flavors with roasted garlic and subtle heat, the Chimichurri menu creates craveable depth in every bite.

The limited-time menu – available March 24 through early summer – includes:

• Chimi Chop Salad ($13.77): Crispy chicken, romaine-cabbage blend, arugula, chimichurri-marinated white beans, marinated charred red peppers, pickled red onion, pepita pepper shake, chopped parsley, roasted garlic aioli drizzle, and chimichurri
• Chimichurri Star ($10.97): Crispy chicken, roasted garlic aioli, chimichurri, marinated charred red peppers, pepita pepper shake, arugula, on a soft brioche bun
• Chimichurri Wings (Starting at $11.97): Chicken wings tossed with roasted garlic aioli, pepita pepper shake, and chopped parsley, served with chimichurri
• Chimi Fries ($7.47): Seasoned fries with chimichurri and roasted garlic aioli drizzle, pepita pepper shake, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley, served with roasted garlic aioli

To round out the experience, Starbird is also introducing two house-made seasonal beverages: Guava Iced Tea and Strawberry Lemonade, offering tropical sweetness and refreshing citrus to complement the savory items.

The Chimichurri menu is the latest expression of Starbird’s globally inspired, limited-time flavors. Recent offerings have included the Indian Hotbird, featuring warm, aromatic spices, and the Japanese BBQ Starbird, inspired by the sweet and savory depth of Japanese barbecue.
