The Big Biscuit Serves Up Bold New Breakfast and Lunch Favorites

March 26, 2026 // Franchising.com // PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KAN. - The Big Biscuit has announced its spring menu, including new customization options, two new shareables, and a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Beginning March 25, items will be available at all Big Biscuit locations in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

The Build-Your-Own (BYO) Breakfast Sandwich allows customization with options such as bacon strips, smoked ham steak, or hand-pattied sausage, served on a brioche bun or the brand’s signature buttermilk biscuit. Each sandwich includes two eggs, melted cheddar cheese, and a choice of classic or chipotle mayonnaise, made to order. The sandwich starts at $11.99.

The Biscuit Basket includes four freshly baked buttermilk biscuits for $8.99. The Biscuit Trio lets guests select any combination of The Big Biscuit’s offerings, including its buttermilk biscuit, Bonut, Sticky Biscuit, or Loaded Sticky Biscuit, with customization options. The Biscuit Trio returns as a permanent item on the menu, priced at $11.49.

The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich features hand-breaded fried chicken tossed in Nashville hot spices, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and ranch on a griddled brioche bun. It is served with French fries or a garden salad for $14.49.
