The challenge is free to register and runs throughout the month of April, inviting participants to complete eight infrared sauna sessions within a 30-day period for a chance to win a complimentary one-month IRitual unlimited membership.

How to Join

Guests can register for the Spring Reset Challenge now through April 22, 2026, via the Perspire app or in-studio. Once registered, participants have until April 30 to complete their eight sessions and qualify for the prize.
