Known as Rita’s most popular treat, the Gelati has long been a fan favorite for its refreshing combination of Italian Ice and creamy Frozen Custard. Now, Rita’s is taking it to the next level with three elevated, topping-packed creations designed to deliver even more flavor, texture, and desirability in every bite.

Meet the New Gelati Sundae Lineup

• Strawberry Shortcake – Vanilla Italian Ice layered with strawberry topping and Vanilla Frozen Custard, finished with crunchy vanilla wafers for a nostalgic twist.
• Bear-y Sweet – Cotton Candy Italian Ice layered with gummy bears and Vanilla Frozen Custard, topped with rainbow sprinkles for a colorful, candy-inspired treat.
• Wild ChocoCherry – Bold Wild Black Cherry Italian Ice layered with rich Chocolate Frozen Custard, hot fudge and chocolate chips for the ultimate indulgence.
