Perkins Restaurant and Bakery Is Coming to Texas

The company has signed a three-unit development agreement with new franchise partner Raj DFW LLC, marking the brand’s first-ever expansion into Texas. The flagship restaurant is slated to open in Carrollton, with construction beginning in spring 2026.

The agreement calls for three restaurants featuring the brand’s latest prototype, a reimagined concept that blends nostalgic heritage of Perkins with a fresh, contemporary design and an updated menu experience. The new model reflects the brand’s evolution while staying true to the comfort, value, and hospitality guests have trusted for decades.

Raj DFW LLC is led by business partners Bansari Patel, Chetana Patel, and Naren Patel.
