Express Employment Professionals Launches 2026 Fast Track Incentive for New Franchise Owners

April 14, 2026 // Franchising.com // Oklahoma City – Express Employment Professionals announced a Fast Track program for 2026. The program is designed to help new franchise owners establish early momentum by achieving defined performance milestones within the initial period of operation. The program was introduced in 2023.

“Fast Track is about creating early momentum where it matters most,” said Melissa Davis, Vice President of Franchising at Express Employment Professionals. “When new franchise owners focus on building client relationships and consistent sales activity from day one, it sets the foundation for long-term growth.”

Under the program, first-time Express franchise owners who have opened a new location can qualify for milestone-based outcomes within the initial operation period. Owners who reach multiple milestones may qualify for additional recognitions within the program.

The program has seen participation among new owners. In 2025, Express franchise owners achieved Fast Track, with some reaching Double Fast Track, reflecting the program’s role in helping new operators establish client acquisition and revenue growth. Notably, Fast Track participation has also proven to be a strong indicator of long-term performance. Circle of Excellence is an Express franchise recognition program for performance and leadership within the Express network through multiple reward levels.

“Fast Track pushed me to understand exactly what to do as a new owner,” said Martin Minkowicz, who opened his office in Union, New Jersey, in January 2025. “Getting out there every day, meeting business owners, and following the system made all the difference.
