Vitality Bowls Opens Third New Jersey Café in Wayne at the Yard

Local entrepreneurs Hardik and Unnati Mistry are involved in the project, and the Wayne location will provide residents, families and local students with a destination for fresh, high-quality meals.

“I’m thrilled to bring Vitality Bowls to Wayne and introduce residents to our nutritious superfood-focused menu,” said Hardik, an IT and business analyst with a background in customer service and operations. “We’re eager to open our doors, connect with the community and welcome both new and returning guests.”

The new cafe is located at The Yard at 1591-1593 Alps Road, near several schools, dining options and sports and recreation facilities, offering a convenient and health-focused option for students and nearby residents.

The menu includes a range of bowls and other items. The Superfood Bowl — made with organic acai, pitaya, almond milk, organic granola, cacao nibs and goji berries — and a Chimichurri Steak Wrap — with greens, steak, grains, radishes and more wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla — are among items offered.
