JINYA Ramen Bar to Open New Location in Langley

May 12, 2026 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES - JINYA Ramen Bar has a new restaurant in Langley. Located at Willowbrook Shopping Centre, the new restaurant marks the brand’s top location count systemwide and its top ranking in British Columbia, bringing its ramen to the community.

A grand opening event is planned for May 20; the first 100 guests may receive a bowl of ramen to redeem on a future visit.

“We’re excited to bring JINYA to Langley and introduce our signature ramen experience to the community,” said Tomo Takahashi, founder and CEO of JINYA Holdings Inc. “We look forward to becoming part of the local dining scene and welcoming guests to enjoy our menu.”

Once open, the Langley location will operate Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Ramen at JINYA is presented as an experience, with slow-simmered, thick, flavorful broths paired with handcrafted noodles. Toppings such as pork chashu, shrimp wonton and seasoned eggs add depth to each bowl, while small plates and craft beer selections enhance the dining experience. JINYA describes ramen as a cultivation of flavor and technique, with the relationship between broth and noodles central to its dishes.
