Smoke’s Poutinerie Drops New Permanent Menu Disruptor Boneless Rib Poutine – never meant for a bun

In Canada, summer doesn’t wait for the weather, we summon it, because we’ve had enough. It happens on the holiday named for exactly how many beers you need to survive the weather, the Victoria Day long weekend… they call it Victoria Day, we call it the May Two-Four, because somewhere over the past two hundred years, twenty-four beers became more important than a long dead Queen. Smoke’s Poutinerie introduced a dish called the Boneless Rib Poutine, featuring smoky, saucy backyard flavors with a particular combination of ingredients.

Here’s the 411 on this Poutine: Fresh Hand-Cut Fries, Squeaky Cheese Curds, Smoke’s Signature Gravy loaded with Boneless Rib, 40 Creek BBQ Sauce, Tangy Dill Pickles and Fresh Diced Onion.

The Boneless Rib Poutine is planned for release on Friday, May 15, and will be available at Smoke’s Poutinerie street locations and through third-party delivery platforms.
