Rick Schanz has more than 30 years of experience in strategic sales, marketing, and partnership development, with a background in franchising and hospitality. In his role as Franchise Development Manager of Resales/Conversions, Schanz will lead the franchise resale process, including developing and managing a pipeline of qualified buyers, facilitating transactions, and coordinating with other functions to guide candidates through the ownership path. The experience supports governance and operations within the franchise system.

Scott Buchalter has more than 20 years of experience in franchise brand management. As Senior Director of Franchise Relations and Administration, he oversees governance and communications across the franchise system. He will coordinate franchisee relations and engagement, and contribute to coaching programs and community-building initiatives to support the franchise network.
