The Big Biscuit Puts the Spotlight on Big Lunch

June 15, 2026 // Franchising.com // PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KAN. — The Big Biscuit® is shining a spotlight on its BIG Lunch menu as consumers increasingly seek satisfying dishes, value-driven dining experiences, and more reasons to step away from their desks during the workday.

The BIG Lunch lineup includes stacked burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, and classic comfort-food favorites, made fresh and served daily until 2:30 p.m.

The focus reflects dining trends toward comfort, nostalgia, value, and opportunities to gather over a meal. As more employees return to offices and hybrid schedules, lunch is increasingly used to connect with coworkers, friends, and family.

The BIG Lunch menu includes guest favorites such as:

• The Brunch Burger, ½ lb. Black Angus beef, hand-cracked over-easy egg, hash browns, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions & mayo on a griddled brioche bun.
• Classic Cheeseburger, ½ lb. Black Angus beef, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions & mayo on a griddled brioche bun.
• The Big BLT Sandwich, piled high with hardwood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar & mayo on honey wheat toast.
• Boss Tom Sandwich, loaded with shaved oven-roasted turkey, bacon, tomatoes, Monterey Jack & ranch on griddled sourdough.
• Classic Chicken Sandwich, your choice of grilled or fried chicken, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & mayo on a griddled brioche bun.
• Honey Money Sandwich, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & honey mustard on a griddled brioche bun.
• Chicken Tender Basket, 3 hand-breaded chicken tenders served with your choice of sauce.
• Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, tossed in Nashville hot spices and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & ranch on a griddled brioche bun.

Each entrée is served with crispy french fries or a fresh garden salad.
