Buffalo Wild Wings Opens Latest New Jersey Location in Piscataway July 6

July 01, 2026 // Franchising.com // Piscataway, New Jersey — A Buffalo Wild Wings location opened on Monday, July 6 in the Centennial Square Shopping Center, bringing wings, beer and wall-to-wall sports action to Middlesex County.

The restaurant is owned and operated by Amit Patel and the AMPAL Group, whose portfolio includes eight Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Designed as a hub for fans to gather, celebrate and cheer on their favorite teams, the new restaurant offers a setting for watch parties, game days and everyday dining.

To mark the grand opening, the first 100 guests in line on July 6 who are 18 or older will receive FREE wings for a year.* The festivities will also include a ceremonial ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m. with Piscataway Mayor Brian Wahler in attendance.

Designed with fans in mind, the full-service restaurant will offer a menu packed with game-day favorites, including bone-in and boneless wings tossed in over 26 signature sauces and dry rubs, as well as burgers, chicken sandwiches, wraps, shareable appetizers, fresh salads, desserts and options for the whole family.

"We’ve had our sights set on bringing Buffalo Wild Wings to Piscataway for more than a decade, so seeing it finally become a reality is incredibly rewarding," said Amit Patel, franchisee with AMPAL Group. We can’t wait to welcome guests and give them a place to gather, celebrate every game and make lasting memories together.

The new location is expected to create approximately 80 jobs, with hiring currently underway for front-of-house and back-of-house positions. Interested candidates can apply in person.

The Piscataway restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m..
