The Big Biscuit Serves Up Fall Flavors With New Seasonal Lineup

The breakfast and lunch concept known for its impossibly generous portions and all-American comfort food is welcoming back its guest-favorite Pumpkin Pancakes and introducing a new Churro Waffle, alongside a fall-inspired cold brew latte, available for a limited time.

Returning for another season, Pumpkin Pancakes feature two plate-sized buttermilk pancakes made with real pumpkin puree and classic fall spices, topped with whipped cream and dusted with powdered sugar. The pancakes pair perfectly with the new Pumpkin Cold Brew Latte, made with Peruvian cold brew, milk and pumpkin spices, served over ice, topped with whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg.

The fall lineup also introduces the Churro Waffle, a new take on a classic breakfast favorite. The Belgian waffle is dusted with cinnamon sugar, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with caramel and chocolate for a sweet twist on breakfast. Guests can pair the Churro Waffle with the Salted Caramel Cold Brew Latte, made with Peruvian cold brew and milk, served over ice and topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.

Prior to rolling out the Churro Waffle at select locations, The Big Biscuit’s Menu Innovation team tested the item to gather guest feedback. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with 92% of guests indicating they would order the Churro Waffle again. Guests also responded positively to the flavor, helping the team decide to launch the Churro Waffle as a limited-time offering.

The fall lineup is available for a limited time at Big Biscuit locations while supplies last.
