Twin Peaks Signs South Texas Area Development Agreement with InnJoy Hospitality
August 26, 2026 // Franchising.com // DALLAS – Twin Peaks Restaurant has signed an area development agreement in South Texas with Peaks and Pints LLC, an affiliate of InnJoy Hospitality. The agreement expands the sports lodge concept into Cameron and Webb counties, including Brownsville, South Padre Island, and Laredo.
InnJoy Hospitality is a family-owned hospitality group operating a diversified portfolio of hotels, restaurants, mixed-use developments, and retail assets across Texas and the Caribbean.
“This agreement reflects our strategy of aligning with sophisticated operators who understand both hospitality and real estate development,” said Ray Bodnar, vice president of global franchise sales and development for Twin Peaks. “InnJoy Hospitality brings the capital strength, operational experience, and regional expertise that position South Texas as a strong long-term growth corridor for our brand.”
The targeted markets — Brownsville, South Padre Island, and Laredo — offer a combination of tourism and population growth that aligns with Twin Peaks’ experiential sports lodge model, featuring scratch-made food, handcrafted cocktails, and its signature 29° draft beer served in frosted mugs.
“We are proud to partner with Twin Peaks to introduce the brand to these high-growth South Texas markets,” said Nitin Kasan, franchisee.
“Our team is focused on delivering high-quality hospitality experiences that resonate with both residents and visitors alike,” added Adrian Ramirez, franchisee.
“Twin Peaks has tremendous potential for continued growth, and this agreement is another important step in expanding the brand with experienced, well-capitalized partners,” said John Hong of Summit Acquisitions, LLC. “South Texas represents an exciting development opportunity, and we look forward to supporting InnJoy Hospitality as they bring Twin Peaks to these growing markets and introduce the brand to new guests.”
Twin Peaks currently operates locations across the U.S. and Mexico and continues to prioritize strategic franchise partnerships to drive long-term growth.
