Del Taco Enters Indiana With Bedford Debut

Located at 3060 John Williams Blvd., the new restaurant is the first Del Taco in Indiana and introduces the brand to the greater Indianapolis region. Hoosiers can now experience Del Taco’s bold flavors across its signature tacos, burritos, quesadillas, burgers and fries, all prepared fresh to order in every restaurant’s working kitchen. Featuring quality ingredients such as fresh grilled chicken, carne asada steak, house-made guacamole, hand-grated cheddar cheese, beans made from scratch and creamy Queso Blanco, Del Taco offers guests a distinctive blend of freshness, flavor and value.

The Bedford restaurant is owned and operated by franchise partner SLK Holdings, led by Cole Sinclair. The opening marks the group’s first Del Taco location and the beginning of its plans to thoughtfully expand the brand to communities throughout Indiana. As it grows, SLK Holdings aims to build strong local relationships and become an active part of the communities it serves.

To celebrate the Bedford opening, the first 100 customers will receive free The Del Tacos for a year and a Del Taco T-shirt, giving local guests an opportunity to be among the first to experience the brand in Indiana.

The Bedford Del Taco provides guests with added convenience and multiple ordering options, including drive-thru and indoor dining. The restaurant is open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
