PJ’s Coffee Brews Up New Flavors For The Holidays

November 03, 2026 // Franchising.com // NEW ORLEANS – The season’s sweetest traditions arrive at PJ’s Coffee on Nov. 4, where two new creations — a sugar cookie-inspired latte and a sparkling pomegranate energy drink — meet the returning fan-favorite Peppermint Bark beverages for a limited time.

From the aroma of fresh-from-the-oven cookies to the cool, chocolatey crunch of peppermint bark, the lineup draws inspiration from treats that make this time of year special:

• Santa’s Sugar Cookie Latte: Espresso and the flavor of warm sugar cookies blend with steamed milk, then get topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of Sugar in the Raw for a sweet, crunchy finish.
• Snow-Capped Pomegranate Energy: A sparkling pomegranate-flavored energy drink topped with sweet cold foam for a bright, fruity pick-me-up.
• Peppermint Bark Latte: Espresso meets peppermint and white chocolate, finished with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and crushed peppermint.
• Peppermint Bark Velvet Ice: A frozen blend of espresso, peppermint and white chocolate, crowned with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and crushed peppermint.

Just in time for the winter season, the holiday menu will be available through Jan. 6 at PJ’s Coffee locations nationwide and through the mobile app.
