Franchise History

Nick-N-Willy's Pizza® was founded in 1989 in Boulder, Colorado, and grew quickly and steadily as a purveyor of a truly unique concept: high quality gourmet pizzas that customers baked at home in their own ovens. Their signature pizzas gained an avid following and grew to be known by many as an incredible taste experience fondly recalled from a visit to Boulder. Their exceptional pies continue to form the mainstay of the Nick-N-Willy's menu today. Nick-N-Willy's Pizza® now offers family-style restaurants designed for today's busy working professionals and their families. Their restaurants prepare fresh made pizzas in a custom Woodstone gas-fired brick oven, dedicated to the art of creating a traditional Italian style pizza. In addition, restaurants include televisions as an entertainment source and, in some cases serve beer and wine. Their fast-casual style restaurants continue to offer their pizzas ready-made in open-air coolers that make it convenient to drop in and pickup dinner on your way home to bake in your own oven. Or, call ahead and they will have it baked and ready for you! Nick-N-Willy's menu also offers a choice of fresh made salads, desserts and cold beverages to consume at their restaurant or for those on-the-go.
