Operators Ink 50-Unit Mike's Red Tacos Deal

Two seasoned restaurant operators have signed a 50-unit franchise agreement to bring Mike's Red Tacos to Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The first locations are expected to open this year.
Bob Quinlan and Al Graziano, who bring more than 50 years of combined experience in the fast-casual restaurant industry, will lead the expansion of the San Diego-born birria concept into New England.
"Tacos are more popular now than ever, and Mike's Red Tacos brings much-needed excitement to the Mexican fast-casual industry," Quinlan said. "The team and I are proud to lead the brand's entrance into Massachusetts and New Hampshire and introduce our unbeatable hospitality and signature, bold flavors to each community. Our background in restaurants and franchising gives us the foundation to grow the brand thoughtfully. In San Diego, Mike's Red Tacos is known for the best birria in town and lines of guests out the door, and we know our New England communities will fall in love with what we have to offer, too."
The operators plan to introduce the brand's signature birria tacos and consommé dipping experience to the region, where the concept has yet to establish a presence.
"We're thrilled to welcome Bob and Al to the Mike's Red Tacos family," said Vincent Montanelli, president of Mike's Red Tacos. "There's no better group to bring our quality Birria to New England. With their deep expertise in restaurant franchising and genuine passion for the brand, I'm confident they'll help extend our name and continue driving our impressive momentum."
