Only 1 Week Left Before the 2019 Franchise Marketing Leadership Conference

Only 1 Week Left Before the 2019 Franchise Marketing Leadership Conference

If you haven't already made plans to join hundreds of your marketing peers next week in Atlanta at the 9th annual Franchise Marketing Leadership Conference, now's the time!

This year's conference features several major changes and additions.

First is a new name for the former Franchise Consumer Marketing Conference. Now called the Franchise Marketing Leadership Conference (FMLC), the renaming reflects an expanded focus on leadership - a growing role for franchise marketers as they become more deeply involved in C-suite decision-making, planning, and strategy, as well as in franchisee recruitment and development.

Second, the newly renamed FMLC also marks the debut of the CEO/CMO Summit, a half-day opportunity for marketing department heads to engage with CEOs, presidents, and founders with the goal of increasing communication and mutual understanding of the needs and goals of both - and targeted toward achieving company-wide results.

Third is the debut of the 1st annual Franchise Marketing Innovation Awards. Categories include Best PR Campaign, Best Digital Campaign, Best Social Media Campaign, Local Marketing Leadership, Cause Marketing Champion, and Best Limited Budget Campaign. The overall winner - the Franchise Marketing Leadership Award - will be revealed at the 2019 FMLC Awards Dinner.

Fourth, and also new for 2019, is the debut of the 1st Annual Franchise Marketing Report. Based on an in-depth survey of leading consumer marketers, this first-ever report is a tool for franchise marketing executives to use for benchmarking and building budget and media plans to help achieve their brand's marketing goals.

Another addition to this year's conference is an interactive keynote experience with Duncan Wardle, former VP of Innovation and Creativity at Disney, where he spent 25 years leading the brand into the future. Working with attendees, Wardle will demonstrate innovative and creative ways to approach today's marketing challenges. He also will be available throughout the conference.

Elsewhere, the FMLC will debut new Challenge Sessions led by franchise CMOs, featuring real-life stories of marketing challenges and successes.

Finally, attendees can take advantage of the renamed Sponsor Solutions Hub (formerly the Exhibit Hall), which will be packed full of new ideas, tools, and resources to help franchise marketing leaders improve and fine-tune their programs and campaigns.

In addition to the speakers and sessions, attendees this year can choose from among three tracks: Franchisee Relations, What's New in Digital Marketing, and Media Planning and Execution.

This is the only industry conference focused on the most essential topics to franchise marketers - whether they're in the food, retail, or service sectors - who are sure to find value, whether through tips from the panelists and speakers, the connections they make with their peers, or from the solution providers.

The conference is June 18-20 in Atlanta at the InterContinental Buckhead. To register, go to https://www.franchisemarketingconference.com.
