Jacob Stauffer loves the Taco John's brand. His North Fork Hospitality, LLC currently operates six of the restaurants in Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, and Indiana. Now he's inked a deal for a new location in Bristol, Virginia.

"No one does Mexican like Taco John's, so we are thrilled to bring our signature menu and commitment to quality to the people of Bristol," said Stauffer. "Taco John's is an absolutely wonderful and unique restaurant concept, and we know that our friends and neighbors in Bristol will love the delicious Mexican food we will soon be serving."

Stauffer's newest Taco John's is set to open in mid-summer. His company is busy planning for the opening and will be hiring 40-50 team members for multiple positions at the restaurant.

The privately owned Taco John's brand was founded in 1969 and today has nearly 400 quick-service restaurants in 23 states.
