Urban Air Multi-Unit Operators Sign New 4-Unit Deal
Haydee and Federico Carvallo along with partner Oscar Acosta have had success opening and operating two Urban Air Adventure Parks in the Miami area. The trio just signed a new deal that will see them add three new Urban Air parks in Florida and one in Texas.
“Our Urban Air parks have exceeded our expectations, making it an easy decision to continue to expand within the company,” said co-owner Federico Carvallo. “We have created a community for our employees and customers, both internally and externally, and are excited for those to continue.”
The trio are based in Houston and are a good example of a growing number of franchisees in the Urban Air system that operate parks remotely. Carvallo is a former multi-unit franchisee with Kids R Kids and also currently operates other business ventures. He said it’s critical to be there on site when the Urban Air locations first open and through the start-up period. From there, he said, his management team in Florida handles day-to-day operations. Technology allows them to be in constant communication.
Their first new Urban Air location will be in Altamonte Springs, Florida. They will follow that with new locations in Pembroke Pines and Homestead, Florida, and Rosenberg, Texas.
