Franchise History

Bread Zeppelin, founded by Troy Charhon and Andrew Schoellkopf, opened its first location in Irving Texas in 2013. The overwhelming response to the unique twist on the traditional sandwich (The Zeppelin, a cored-out, fresh-baked artisan baguette) allowed them to open their second unit a year later, and The Company has been expanding ever since. Bread Zeppelin currently has 6 units in Dallas Fort Worth and plans on opening it’s first franchise in 2020.
