Mr. Anthony Fellows, Founder and Chief POP Officer of HipPOPs handcrafted gelato bars, has owned, managed and operated food service businesses for more than two decades, including experience with frozen desserts dating back to 1990. Building on the success of the original HipPOPs mobile frozen dessert business model, and a passion for delivering handcrafted awesomeness to people everywhere, HipPOPs has created the Country’s First Mobile, Premium, Handcrafted Gelato on a Stick Franchise of its Kind.
