Jimano's was founded 13 years ago by Jimmy OBerto. Before launching/opening their first Pizzeria Jimmy was a successful Finance Manager with a Fortune 500 Company. Both he and his wife Anna gained restaurant experience growing up and while attending college. Their business degrees in Finance & Accounting added depth to their background. Between 1998 and 2004 Jimmy successfully opened five company-owned pizzerias.
Their first Franchise unit was sold in 2004. Between 2004 and end of 2005 Jimmy converted all of his company owned stores to franchise units. Rapidly tripling their units they now have 16 units in 5 states with major plans to extend into 32 additional states.
Today's customers want a fun, fast dining experience with hearty, home-style food, not fast food. Their menu is where Jimano's really delivers. Jimmy has perfected traditional family recipes, including homemade Italian sauces for their pizzas and pastas and their own specialty sauces for "fall-off-the-bone" baby back ribs and spicy Buffalo wings.
At Jimano's Pizzeria, they strive to make the perfect pizza from fresh, hand-tossed dough to the finest and freshest ingredients! They offer their customers what they want - their choice of great ingredients or a selection of specialty pizzas with thin, double dough, deep dish or stuffed crust. Then, they bake it to perfection or as they say, "Perfetto!"
