Franchise History

The history of La Boulangerie Boul’Mich™ began in 2013, when 4 (four) entrepreneurs, with an extensive experience in the restaurant industry, decided to embark on a new gastronomic adventure. Inspired by the Boulevard Saint-Michel, in the Latin Quarter of Paris, the idea of a French restaurant with a Latin twist was born.
