Its brand line, Greek soul, Aussie vibes, brings together a family recipe and Australian café culture. The flagship at 29A St Margaret’s Street is open every day from 10am to 10pm. Lookumades UK is owned outright by its founders, Adam Papa-Adams and Cliff White, and is not affiliated with any other brand or overseas franchisor.
Lookumades UK began with a recipe for loukoumades (Greek doughnuts) handed down through the family of founder Adam Papa-Adams. Before Lookumades, Adam spent 24 years owning and running hotels in the United Kingdom and Cyprus, taking five properties from site decision to opening day. He brought that operating discipline to the family recipe, which was adapted and tested before the Canterbury flagship opened in November 2025.
