About Nature's Table
Nature’s Table is a fast casual dining concept that gives health-conscious eaters a variety of options including smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, soups and protein bowls. Founded in 1977 in Orlando, Florida, as the pioneer in fresh, healthy food, Nature’s Table has since grown tremendously, opening its first franchise in 1986. Today, Nature’s Table can be found in 9 different states with more than 65 different locations, primarily in office buildings, airports, hospitals, university campuses and malls.
The concept for Nature’s Table first appeared in 1977 as “Vine and Harvest” in the Altamonte Mall near Orlando, Fla., as an eatery that focused on fresh, healthy lunch options. As the restaurant grew, it opened locations in local area malls in 1977 and 1983, changing its name to Nature’s Table prior to the 1983 opening. In 1987, Nature’s Table took a big step into the world of franchising with its fourth location, one that is still in operation today. Since then, Nature’s Table has appeared in airports, hospitals, colleges, office complexes, military bases and more. With more than 65 locations across nine states, Nature’s Table continues to grow.
