National Property Inspections training approved in West Virginia, Kentucky

Omaha, Neb. (September 21, 2006) – National Property Inspections, Inc.’s two-week training program for new franchisees was recently approved for licensing purposes in Kentucky and West Virginia. Both states instituted licensing for home inspectors in July.

For years the virtually unregulated inspection industry left consumers with little standard to base their decision-making on. Now that nearly 8 in 10 home buyers request a property inspection prior to closing according to one American Society of Home Inspectors study, many states are instituting licensing laws.
