Realty Executives' COO, Glen Melton, Extends a Warm Welcome to Rick Hudson as the New Director of Real Estate Franchise Development

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Realty Executives International today announced the appointment of Rick Hudson to the senior management team as the new Director of Franchise Development for the international franchisor. In his new role, Hudson will be responsible for developing new national and international franchise relationships and affiliations, as well as working with the company's regional developers to facilitate mergers and acquisitions of non-affiliated companies.

Most recently, he was director of franchise sales with Realogy Corporation (formerly Cendant), during which time he achieved sales performance averaging 144% over quota and was named as one of the company's Regional Franchise Salespersons of the Year. He was responsible for the sale of more than 40 new franchises within the ERA real estate brand, resulting in new sales volume of more than $1 billion for the company. Hudson resides in Foothill Ranch, California, with his wife and children.
