Jo To Go Coffee has changed their Rapid Rewards program to a points-based system. Customers earn points for all purchases by using their free rewards card. Points are redeemable for items in the online Jo To Go Coffee store.

Jo To Go President Dick DuBois said that the new program is similar to a frequent flyer program. Customers earn points for every purchase they make: coffee drinks, coffee beans, smoothies, and bakery. Points are redeemable for rewards in the online store.
DuBois built Jo To Go Coffee® with top-notch specialty coffee products and bakery; friendly, well-trained coffee bartenders; and quick service at the drive-thru window. The rewards program is an added perk for Jo To Go Coffee customers.

Rapid Rewards points are tallied by cards available at all Jo To Go Coffee locations. After cardholders register their cards on the Jo To Go Coffee website, their balances are tracked electronically and print out periodically at the drive-thru for their personal reference. Customers redeem points for Jo To Go merchandise online.
The accounts of customers already participating in the Rapid Rewards Program have automatically switched to the points-based program.
