Record Breaking, Red Carpet Customer Service

June 17, 2008 // Franchising.com // It is with great pride that the entire seventy four office network of Barry Plant was awarded group certification for Customer Service Excellence in the 2008 Australian Achiever Awards. The groups Melton franchise was a stand out this year with an outstanding score of 99.36 per cent. This is the fourth year in a row that every eligible Barry Plant office has achieved Highly Recommended status in the Real Estate Services category, showing that they stand by their promise of providing each and every client exceptional customer service and the red carpet experience.

Group Director and CEO, Mike McCarthy said, "As a group, we focus fairly and squarely on ensuring that our clients are extremely well serviced. All owners who sell a property through us receive our 'Red Carpet Guarantee' which lists ten important actions that we guarantee to carry out. Every seller, buyer, landlord or tenant receives a copy of our Customer Service Charter, explaining what they should do if they have a concern about the service they have received. We recognise that from time to time there will be complaints, but we want to handle them in a timely and professional manner and retain a good relationship with our clients and customers.

The Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from companies' own clients. They surveyed customers and suppliers of the Barry Plant network to verify that each office does deliver on their promise of customer satisfaction.
