Westaff Adds Three Staffing Industry Veterans to its Field Operations Leadership Team

Proven Leaders add More than 50 years of Industry Experience to Company's Sales Unit

(NASDAQ:WSTF), today announced three additions to the senior leadership of its field operations team. Each of the three new leaders, Vice President, National Sales Jerel Keith; Vice President Sales, South/ East Region Cheri Cross and Area Vice President, Rocky Mountain Region Julie Ferguson, are staffing industry veterans and collectively add more than 50 years of industry success and expertise to the Westaff sales team.

Keith, Cross and Ferguson will all report to Senior Vice President, Field Operations Kristi Kennedy, who added, "Westaff's dynamic field management team is strengthened with the addition of these tenured staffing professionals. I know Jerel, Cheri and Julie will create many new opportunities for growth at the field level."

Responsible for the development and management of national accounts, Westaff's Vice President, National Sales Jerel Keith brings more than 15 years of executive and large-scale sales experience to Westaff. Previously regional vice president at CORESTAFF Services for seven years, the UCLA graduate most recently served as director of sales at Private Escapes, a global luxury destination club.

As vice president of sales, South/ East Region, Cheri Cross will work closely with the region's account managers and field personnel. She will also be instrumental in driving and expanding Westaff's national eProcurement program by securing and supporting local and national accounts. Cross brings more than a decade of staffing industry sales and management experience to her new role, most recently spending four years as vice president of sales at CORESTAFF Services. She served as an area sales manager / business development manager for Kelly Services for nine years prior to that. In both of these roles, Cross earned accolades, like Top Sales Producer, and reached many performance milestones. Prior to beginning a career in staffing, Cross worked in human resource management for various financial institutions.

Responsible for leading all business operations in Colorado , Utah and Las Vegas, Nev. , Area Vice President, Rocky Mountain Region Julie Ferguson has more than 20 years of staffing industry experience. Known for her ability to quickly transform loss-making markets to profitable ones, she joins Westaff after serving as regional vice president at CORESTAFF Services. In addition to forging strong strategic partnerships with leading employers across industry sectors and dynamic team building, Ferguson notably secured more than one dozen on-site partnerships with Fortune 500 companies during her tenure.
