G.J. Gardner Homes ranks in Top 200 Franchises USA

G.J. Gardner Homes has been ranked as one of the top two hundred franchised companies in the USA today by Franchise Times Magazine, one of the world's leading franchise publications.

"After years of very hard work, it is a great result", said Darren Wallis, the CEO of G.J. Gardner Homes. "And we are so proud of the fact that we are an Australian company and were able to successfully enter the US Market".

"But, it is not surprising as we have a great team around us who love the business and work hard, and the systems and strategies we have developed over the years give our team a clear and distinct business advantage when applied correctly. This result is just a product of the commitment we have to our team, and our team to us".

Franchise Times magazine, published in the United States, recently compiled a list of the top 200 franchises in relation to each franchises worldwide sales. Included in the list are global giants such as McDonalds, 7-Eleven and Hilton Hotels, Subway and more. G.J. Gardner Homes was listed at number 150, surpassing hundreds of other franchised companies, and was the only new housing company on the list.

G.J. Gardner Homes was founded in 1983 when Greg Gardner began a building business on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia offering quality homes at an affordable price. In 1996, he decision was made to franchise the business, and the business grew from there.

"We decided to franchise in order to give our team the opportunity to really own the business. We found when people were given the reigns of what was effectively their own business, they rose to the challenge and created some great results. We have story after story of smaller builders who joined G.J. Gardner Homes who now enjoy the benefits of joining our group - better profits, the ability to work on the business not in the business, and most importantly - more time for them and their family", said Mr Wallis.

"Really it boils down to the fact that we love to see people succeed and do well, and the by product of that is we as a company do well also".
