MathRiders Maths Tutoring Franchise Chosen by Educational Entrepreneurs in Poland

MathRiders, the outstanding maths tutoring program developed by the Helen Doron Educational Group, is taking a solid foothold in Europe -- with Learning Centres now scheduled to open in Poland.

London, UK (PRWEB) December 11, 2008 -- Maths savvy Polish sister and brother team Malgorzata Dobrowolska (M.Sc in Mathematics) and Jerzy Montygierd-Loyba (M.Sc in Biology and experienced entrepreneur) from Wroclaw, Poland, decided to pool their considerable knowledge, experience and resources to introduce the innovative MathRiders maths tutoring programs to Poland. They plan to establish a network of MathRiders Learning Centres throughout the south-western region of the country.

Jerzy explains their inspiration for coming on-board as MathRiders Master Franchisors. "Our ultimate objective is to be part of the important process of transforming maths knowledge for today's youth from a scarce resource into a readily available high quality resource using the MathRiders methodology -- which we believe is the best tool that has ever been developed for this purpose." Poland has proud historical ties to mathematics dating back to the legendary astronomer Copernicus, who shattered 15th century beliefs with his revolutionary theory that the planets revolved around the sun and not the Earth. In the same way mathematics provides the language in which the natural sciences aspire to describe and analyse our universe, modern day educators in Poland aspire to seek new and improved methods of teaching maths to children.

Since the reforms of the 1980's, Poland's burgeoning middle class is fueling a country-wide awareness of private lessons ('korepetycje' in Polish). A computer search in Poland for the keyword 'korepetycje' returned over 6 million results, most relating to mathematics. "This really illustrates the scale of the need for a high-quality maths tutoring program like MathRiders." comments Anne Gordon, VP of Business Development for the Helen Doron Educational Group: developers of MathRiders program. "Parents the world over have high aspirations for their children's future, and understand that attractive, well-paid jobs everywhere require a solid mathematical background."

"Our experience shows that Polish parents actively search for new areas of education which will lead their children to high achievements. Hence we are certain that Poland is an excellent market for MathRiders." Anne Gordon further explains that MathRiders is now in Hungary, UK (London), Portugal (Porto), Israel, and Southern Poland. "We are currently seeking potential franchisees ready to take advantage of this remarkable franchise opportunity -- people with the right business qualifications and marketing orientation in the UK and other English speaking countries, Germany, Austria, German speaking Switzerland; Portugal and other Portuguese speaking countries."

MathRiders UK Master Franchisor for London and Kent, Ms. Su See Lam, comments on her Learning Centre. "We have been operating in Bexleyheath for just 5 months and parents already say children enjoy the MathRiders lessons and are sometimes even ahead of their schoolwork... most importantly, 99% of our new students come from recommendations!" MathRiders Master Franchisor for Hungary, Ms. Klara Kiss, also comments. "Parents are happy that their children have stopped hating maths. The children enjoy the lessons and really look forward to their next MathRiders or Mathjogs class." Klara addresses potential franchisees. "I would recommend MathRiders as a quality program that would work well for someone wishing to succeed in an education-related business that benefits children."

The MathRiders maths tutoring programmes encourage study habits, build vital logic processes, and get children of all learning levels really motivated! The junior program, Mathjogs, for ages 4-11, introduces basic maths concepts and skills to youngsters using enjoyable, innovative learning tools. Children develop number sense and the ability to think mathematically through a wealth of stimulating materials that include original stories about mathematicians and their ideas, music and songs on CD, exciting hand-on activities that translate into abstract mathematical concepts, self-expression and positive social interaction. MathRiders for ages 11-18 makes a difference in student's lives by helping them acquire a firm knowledge in algebra, arithmetic, geometry and more. Lessons are conducted in small groups with specially developed materials designed to enhance logic skills, encourage self-confidence, self-reliance, and challenge thinking.

In operation since 1985, the Helen Doron Educational Group has Early English Learning Centres in 26 countries worldwide and growing. The Helen Doron Group offers excellent franchise opportunities, expert training, and comprehensive global business and pedagogic support.
