"What have action coach done for Knowall Media? To pick out a few of points...
I must say Humphrey has been great for us over the last 12 months – he has become part of our team and we have built a great relationship with him as a friend as well as an advisor...
Action Coach has given us the foresight and focus and to step outside the daily bubble of our business and provide perspective. This has given us the confidence to make previously difficult decisions, based on measurement and results.
From a staffing point of view we have made large steps forwards in productivity – we have cut our salary bill by in excess of 20%, whilst maintaining turnover, improving client retention (no client loss for 8 months) and increasing profitability by around 40%.
Prior to Action Coach, up to 80% of my time had been focused on the production and technical side of the business this has now dropped to less than 40%, giving me time to work on the business, specifically in recent months on marketing.

Implementing default diaries across the teams – providing a 20% improvement in productivity of staff.
Utilising Key Performance Indicators – so we have an understanding how key functions of the business are performing at any point in time – without the need to be in the office every day.
To take a product case study - Knowall Media, which is focused on the online marketing and delivering leads and enquiries through the web.......We removed the manager – who was failing to build the business, implemented a reporting and billing system, developed the product offering and reduced our overheads and more recently started tele-selling.
In addition, due to Humphreys contacts in the region, we were able to get feedback from our clients and develop our networking pipeline; we have many prospects that we have made through Humphrey and Action.
Putting these actions in place moved Knowall Media from a break even business to achieving around 20% Net Profit.
In summary Action Coach, through systemization, measurement, installing Key Performance indicators and improved time management has allowed us to develop a profitable business within Knowall Media, within the space of 12 months, to compare this with our 1st business Knowall IT – which took 4-5 years, it also gives us more time outside the business."
