On The Border launches its Fresh Look menu at restaurants nationwide just in time to enjoy this annual holiday on the patio. The menu, which represents a complete redesign, features more than 20 new items. Guests looking for a lighter fare can try the new Citrus Chipotle Chicken Salad - a delicious Border Smart alternative made with premium pulled chicken breast tossed in a flavorful Mango Citrus Vinaigrette with peppers, red onions, tomatoes, corn and crunchy jicama and served atop fresh mixed greens.

Those in the mood for something a little more self-indulgent can order the new Taco Melts. Served in a sizzling skillet, the Taco Melts feature seasoned ground beef or savory chicken mixed with a unique blend of creamy queso, then topped with melted cheese to create taco melt magic.
