Remarkable Results of a Former ActionCOACH Client Led Him to Buy Into the Franchise System

Upon seeing great results in all areas of his own business, Steve Wilburn – a former ActionCOACH client - decided to buy the franchise to help other businesses in need as a Business Coach.

Las Vegas, NV --(PR.com)-- A former client of Brad Sugars' ActionCOACH franchise, Steve Wilburn saw the value of ActionCOACH's business coaching system first-hand in his own enterprise.

"Once I learned and implemented the proven strategies of growing my business, I decided to buy into the system –it was as simple as that," he said. "My tax preparation franchise has seen drastic improvements in area such as time, team and money. I would now like to enrich the lives of fellow business owners as an ActionCOACH Business Coach."

Wilburn who was recently welcomed by Master Licensee Sheri Winesett will practice in the DC Metro area, in particular, the Northern Virginia region. His first impression of ActionCOACH was that of a professional organization with great systems.

Wilburn currently owns a tax preparation franchise by the name of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, which has 20 office locations in the Northern Virginia area.

Upon the recent loss of his father, who was also his business partner and mentor to cancer, Wilburn turned to business coaching.

"My father was the founder of our tax preparation firm and was responsible for the accounting and financial portion of the business," Wilburn said. "As I ran the daily operations, he was my 'go-to guy' when I needed assistance. Then, I came across ActionCOACH and saw the benefit of having a coach in my business."

Wilburn has achieved numerous national awards, including the Hall of Fame within the Jackson Hewitt system for lifetime revenues in excess of $10M. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the ICJHF, an independent association of JH franchisees.

Having been a business owner himself, Wilburn can relate to the struggles faced by fellow entrepreneurs.

"As an ActionCOACH, I will help enhance the lives of other business owners using my own past experiences and relationship with my ActionCOACH," he said.

A member of the Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce as well as the Hispanic Committee organization, Wilburn has also worked with magnet schools in Alexandria as well as the American Red Cross.
