February 19, 2010 // Franchising.com // DALLAS/NEW YORK – Haynes and Boone, LLP Finance Partner Craig Unterberg has been named an "Outstanding Lawyer Under 40" by the Cardozo Society of the Jewish Federation's Attorneys Division.

The Cardoza Society – which serves to strengthen relationships among Jewish lawyers in Dallas through community service, education and leadership -- selected recipients based on recommendations from leading members of the legal profession. It focused on young lawyers of varying levels who have demonstrated maturity, balance, intellect and charisma.

Mr. Unterberg recently relocated to the firm's New York office to further develop the presence and visibility of its finance section. His practice focuses primarily on secured, unsecured and structured financing across a broad range of industries. He represents borrowers and lenders in matters including margin stock lending, private equity and hedge fund financing, syndicated financings, mergers and acquisition financings, and distressed debt transactions. In addition, Mr. Unterberg provides extensive regulatory advice on margin lending issues.
