The Maid to Perfection Franchise Pushes Through The Recession

February 22, 2010 // Franchising.com // As our global economy continues to struggle, only those companies with strong financial resources and superior operating systems will show growth in these troubled times. While uncertainty is at the forefront of company projections, one company has taken steps to accelerate growth through their diversified model. Maid to Perfection®, a company recently relocated from Maryland to Florida, is expanding their growth through the federal stimulus package. The ability to adapt and take control of the current market conditions has given the Maid to Perfection® franchise chain the opportunity needed to flex its diversified muscle.

While others say do one thing and do it well, Maid to Perfection® says diversify to reduce risk in market fluctuation. This concept is paying off big and is providing growth in a downward economy. While the proven success of a franchise concept provides security, MTP far exceeds its competitors in growth potential. One call cleans it all.

Michael Katzenberger, CEO, states that most franchisees cannot afford to carry receivables on contracts in excess of $50K. "We provide access to the contracts, access to training, access to equipment and supplies and access to financing," says Katzenberger. "Our goal is to allow franchisees access to the larger lucrative commercial cleaning contracts provided for in the federal stimulus package." Katzenberger also states that he expects system wide commercial sales to increase by $30 million in 2010.

President Lori Katzenberger states that Maid to Perfection® has added multiple computers to enhance their email server and contract processing. MTP processed over 1 billion in gross contracts through their servers in the first month of 2010 alone. "Our residential maid service sales growth expects to be up slightly in 2010 at a modest rate of 10," says Ms. Katzenberger, "Our cross market concept makes it difficult for other companies to compete with our franchisees. This concept not only makes us different, but it also makes us a much better investment."

"We feel honored to have brought recognition and success to our franchisees, and we are equally proud to have supplied an economic impact of six times sales in each local market we service. Keep the money moving," reports Maid to Perfection's CEO, Mike Katzenberger, "The true gauge of any company's success and achievement can be measured by its positive effect on the community it services. We are proud to share our success."
