June 07, 2010 // Franchising.com // MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert, Realtors recently launched a new campaign that spotlights the many ways its sales associates make a difference for their customers, their colleagues and the community. The campaign includes a number of marketing, promotional and educational components.
The campaign, entitled "YOU Make the Weichert Difference," will highlight instances where sales associates utilized a tool, service or program specific to Weichert, or provided an exceptional level or service, to meet the needs of homebuyers and sellers. Sales associates will also be recognized for times they went above and beyond to make a difference for a fellow associate or the community they serve.
"Everyone is looking for the next great thing to keep the market recovery going now that the tax credit has expired," said James M. Weichert, president and founder of Weichert, Realtors. "However, it's not a special incentive that gets homes sold. It's the things sales associates do that make the difference. This campaign looks to recognize the important role our agents play each and every day."
As part of the campaign, Weichert sales associates are invited to nominate themselves or a peer in the Weichert Difference Makers contest. Each month from July through December, Weichert will recognize agents whose stories best illustrate the "Weichert difference" at work.
