On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina to Deploy MonkeyMedia Software to 119 Units

On the Border Will Use MonkeyCatering™ and MonkeyOnlineOrdering™ to Grow Catering Business, Improve Customer Experience

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MonkeyMedia Software®, a provider of web-based software, strategy and education services for multi-unit restaurant operators, today announced that On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina will deploy MonkeyCatering™ and MonkeyOnlineOrdering™ to 119 units to enable end-to-end visibility and control over the company's catering business. On The Border is a full-service, casual dining Mexican restaurant brand and offers a wide variety of Mexican favorites, with a focus on fresh, signature and value-oriented Mexican food items.

Specifically, On The Border will implement:

  • Online Ordering for Take-Out: MonkeyOnlineOrdering will easily integrate into On The Border's existing Radiant Aloha POS system, allowing the restaurant chain to benefit from powerful, real-time reporting. With complete IT infrastructure integration, all orders placed through MonkeyOnlineOrdering will appear in their POS system just as a regular order placed in the restaurant would appear.
  • Online Ordering for Catering: Catering orders made online will directly integrate into On The Border's MonkeyCatering solution, enabling the restaurant with a powerful, back-end system that can easily execute all catering operations in both corporate and franchise locations. Using existing IT assets to integrate data, MonkeyCatering empowers each unit with valuable insight into business intelligence, including up-to-date sales figures, customer ordering behavior, promotional performance and other important data.
  • Winning Strategy and Educational Services: When On The Border chose to work with MonkeyMedia Software, they knew they weren't just selecting a software provider: They were selecting a business partner. MonkeyMedia Software will work directly with On The Border's corporate staff and catering managers to develop a winning strategy specifically designed for the restaurant's catering business.
