Comfort Keepers Certified as World-Class Franchise for 3rd Consecutive Year

August 08, 2011 // Franchising.com // Dayton, OH – Comfort Keepers®, a leading international franchise network that provides in-home care services for seniors, new mothers and other adults needing assistance with daily activities, has received World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey®. This is the third year that Comfort Keepers has received this certification.

The recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute of which 73.1 percent of Comfort Keepers franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the Comfort Keepers franchise system.

"Understanding the importance of knowing what a franchisee thinks, through confidential surveys, is vital to building successful franchise brands," said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. "Comfort Keepers relied on unbiased, third-party research as the most accurate way to obtain honest feedback from their franchisees, allowing them to identify what is and is not working within their system."

The survey asked Comfort Keepers franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall growth potential, quality, support and communication.

Among the most notable responses received from Comfort Keepers franchisees:

  • 90 percent of franchisees gave a positive rating to the overall quality of the Franchisor.
  • 91 percent of franchisees gave a positive grade to the initial training supplied by the Franchisor.
  • 95 percent of franchisees agree that their Franchisor encourages high standards of quality performance.
  • 90 percent of the franchisees gave a positive rating to their franchise business compared to local competition.
