Ms. Molly Foundation Partners with Macy's for Sixth Annual "Shop For A Cause" Day

Macy's helps local charity raise funds and awareness for important cause

August 15, 2011 // Franchising.com // Ann Arbor, MI – This year, Macy's is partnering up with Molly Maid's charitable cause, the Ms. Molly Foundation. Customers are invited to participate in Macy's sixth annual "Shop for a Cause" charity event that takes place August 27, 2011. Macy's "Shop for a Cause" is a unique one-day-only event created to support local charities' fundraising efforts. This event has helped raised more than $38 million for local and national charities across the country since 2006.

Macy's has provided the Ms. Molly Foundation with shopping passes to sell for $5 each. The organization will keep 100 percent of every ticket it sells. The more the Ms. Molly Foundation sells, the more money will be raised for the cause.

Customers can purchase tickets now from the Ms. Molly Foundation. By purchasing a shopping pass to the event, customers support victims of domestic violence while enjoying a day of spectacular discounts, entertainment, and special events. Pass holders will enjoy special discounts on most regular, sale and clearance purchases all day. To pay for your shopping pass by check, email msmolly@mollymaid.com.
