For The First Time Ever, Toys″R″Us(R) Stores Nationwide To Open At 9pm On Thanksgiving Night

More than $12,500 in Savings Await Black Friday Shoppers at Toys"R"Us, Plus, Rewards“R”Us® Members Can Earn 10 Percent Back on Purchases; Toys"R"Us Facebook Fans to Receive an Exclusive Sneak Peek of Black Friday and Thanksgiving Weekend Deals and Discounts, Along with the Opportunity to Win the Red Carpet Treatment at their Local Toys"R"Us

November 15, 2011 // Franchising.com // WAYNE, NJ – Toys"R"Us® announced that its stores nationwide will open their doors at 9pm on Thanksgiving night to welcome Black Friday shoppers as they kick off the holiday shopping season.* Customers eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Toys"R"Us Thanksgiving weekend circular on November 24, which is filled with more than $12,500 in savings, including doorbusters, Thursday through Saturday discounts and free gift-with-purchase offers, can receive a sneak preview by visiting the Toys"R"Us Facebook page, Facebook.com/Toysrus, beginning at 12 noon today. Toys"R"Us Facebook fans will also have the opportunity to win a red carpet, private shopping experience at their local store before the Black Friday crowd enters.

The 28-page Toys"R"Us Thanksgiving weekend circular will appear in newspapers across the country and online at Toysrus.com on Thursday, November 24, offering nearly 300 deals. In addition, current and new Rewards“R”Us® members can earn 10 percent back on purchases made in-store and online.** New for this holiday season, Rewards“R”Us members can also earn a 2012 Super Savers Pass when they spend $200 or more through Saturday, December 24, through which they’ll receive more than $100 in savings, including exclusive coupons sent via e-mail each month in 2012.

As soon as the turkey is gobbled and the dinner table is cleared, family, friends and eager shoppers can get a jump start on fulfilling holiday wish lists at Toys"R"Us by scanning their newspaper circulars for Black Friday deals. With Toys"R"Us stores opening at 9pm on Thanksgiving evening, savvy savers have even more hours to shop for Black Friday values – in fact, 26 hours straight, as the doors of Toys"R"Us stores will not close until 11pm on Friday, November 25. Consumers can also take advantage of these same deals and discounts at Toysrus.com beginning Thursday, November 24 at 9pm.
