A Competitive Boost for the Back-to-School Season: Club Z! Brings World-Class Tutoring to Northern Virginia

With a team of new area directors, Club Z! will provide individualized, results-oriented focus to in-home tutoring in Herndon, Chantilly, Ashburn, and Fairfax, Virginia

FAIRFAX, Va., Nov. 25, 2011 // PRNewswire // -- Finding a good tutor can be incredibly difficult, as new Club Z! area directors Murali, Nagesh, and Dilip know from first-hand experience. "All of us had at one point or another looked for an in-home tutor," remarks Dilipkumar Gampa. "The realization was that there was no easy way to find the right one. As parents, this was frustrating."

Although a serious quandary at the time, the three eventually recognized that their difficulty had an entrepreneurial silver lining. "Upon further research into this opportunity," says Murali Kikkisetti, "we decided to enter into the Club Z! business model."

Staffed by an expanding team of subject-area experts, the directors' new Fairfax Club Z! branch will provide tutoring in all core academic subject areas, from basic math, reading, and writing, to organizational and study skills, to preparation for standardized tests such as the SAT and ACT, and more.

Tutors will provide one-on-one, in-home tutoring to students of all ages and ability levels - exactly the type of individualized academic attention that kids most need to succeed and thrive, and that teachers almost never have time to provide in traditional classroom settings.

As North America's largest one-on-one in-home tutoring program, with an excellent 15-year reputation and hundreds of thousands of happy clients, the Club Z! franchise is well-respected and well-loved for its supportive tutoring style and high success rates. The security and familiarity of the home environment allow many children to concentrate more easily and help to eliminate distractions - ultimately building the child's study skills and boosting their academic confidence. Meanwhile, the curriculum is centered about the child's own school curriculum whenever possible, with supplemental material only as needed, to avoid overwhelming a student who may already be behind.

Parents appreciate Club Z!'s approach for a variety of reasons, says Nagesh Gadamsetty, from the convenience of flexibly scheduled in-home appointments, to the regular progress reports after each session, to the ability to witness first hand that children are receiving the one-on-one, quality attention they deserve.

"We all have parents in teaching professions," Murali adds, "and we've all spent time tutoring our own children at home. As parents ourselves, we're also all familiar with the Fairfax and Loudoun county school systems." The three directors believe that this experience will help them better serve the area's families and understand niche services that the area may need.

"There is a lot of competition in Northern Virginia for entrance into magnet schools, and to get kids into enrichment programs, such as Gifted and Talented programs," says Dilip. "Since this area is significantly dominated by highly educated professionals, one niche service we will provide will be to prepare kids for competitive exams and magnet programs."

All long-term area residents - each has been living in the area for 12-15 years - the new area directors are excited about providing such a valuable and needed service to students and families in their local community. In addition to Fairfax, their branch will serve Herndon, Chantilly, and Ashburn, Virginia.

In honor of their branch's grand opening, registration fees are currently being waived for all new clients.
