Good Earth's Oatmeal is hearty, slow cooked steel cut oatmeal. Steel cut oats are minimally processed and have a lower glycemic index than instant oatmeal, causing a lower spike in insulin levels when consumed. A serving of Good Earth oatmeal contains 10 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber. Oatmeal continues to grow in popularity as a breakfast option that is healthy, quick and can be eaten on the go.
