Franchisees open their second ColorTyme in North Carolina

Mark and Dawn Martin expand local rent-to-own services.

January 11, 2012 // Franchising.com // RALEIGH, N.C. – Four years after opening their first North Carolina rent-to-own store in Goldsboro, Mark and Dawn Martin have added another ColorTyme, this time in Raleigh.

Located at 3673 New Bern Ave, the new store will offer rent-to-own appliances, electronics and furniture to residents in the city’s central and eastern neighborhoods.

“We are so pleased to bring ColorTyme back to Raleigh,” said Mark Martin. ”Our store at 2600 E. Ash in Goldsboro is now very well established, and we knew there used to be a very successful store in this neighborhood in Raleigh. So, we’ve had our eyes open for a location for quite a while because we really wanted to serve this area.”

Like all ColorTyme stores, the new Raleigh location offers a variety of convenient payment plans without a credit check. The owners and staff intend to give residents a unique rental experience by creating a hometown atmosphere with superior customer service.

“We’ve been very warmly received here, and I look forward to meeting more of our neighbors and serving this community,” said Martin, who has been a successful ColorTyme franchisee since 2001. “ColorTyme is unlike large, corporate-owned chains in that we truly create meaningful relationships with customers.
