(Nasdaq: DNKN), the parent company of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, today announced the pricing of an upsized public offering by certain of its stockholders of 26.4 million shares of its common stock at a price of $29.50 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.96 million shares from certain of the selling stockholders.
The selling stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company.
